What does the VPR actually cover?
We review your listing against 5–8 real competitors in your price band. We look at your hero image, gallery sequence, the emotional story your photos tell, and whether your visual presentation supports what you're charging. Written strategy doc within 48 hours.
Who is this for?
Retreat STR owners who are launching, rebranding, or underperforming relative to their price point. You don't need to be planning a full reshoot — the VPR is useful even if you're just trying to understand why conversion isn't where it should be.
What do I need to bring?
Your live listing URL, your target nightly rate, and a sense of who your ideal guest is. We do competitor research before the session so we're not spending your hour on setup.
What happens after the session?
You get a written strategy doc within 48 hours. Some clients implement the recommendations themselves. Others move into the Premium Listing System — in which case the full $497 is credited toward the package. No pressure either way.
Is this a photography service?
No. The VPR is a strategy session. We're reviewing what your listing communicates and whether that matches your property and your price. If a reshoot is the right answer, we'll tell you — and tell you what to shoot, not just that you need new photos.
