We collect the information you give us — through our listing score tool, our forms, and our booking system — to deliver the service you signed up for: scoring your listing, sending your review, or fulfilling a project. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. The only outside use is the handful of tools listed below that help us run the business — scheduling, email delivery, and payment processing.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:

• Contact information you provide directly — name, email address, phone number, and your listing URL, typically through our score tool, intake forms, or booking pages.
• Project information related to your property if you become a client — address, photos, and details relevant to your shoot or visual strategy.
• Payment information when you book or purchase a service. Payments are processed directly by our booking platform (HoneyBook); we do not store your card details on our own systems.
• Usage information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and general device/browser information, gathered through standard analytics and advertising tools described below.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the specific thing you asked for — a listing score, a written review, a consultation, or a completed project.
• Send you the emails associated with that request, such as your results, follow-ups, or project updates.
• Communicate with you about an active or prospective project.

Tools we use

To run the business and deliver our services, we rely on a small number of third-party tools. Each handles a specific function:

• HoneyBook — proposals, contracts, invoicing, and payment processing for clients.
• Make & Notion — internal systems that route your form submission to our client records so we can follow up.
• MailChimp — delivers the email sequence associated with our free tools (such as the Listing Score result or Listing Performance Review).
• Meta Pixel — helps us understand which ads led visitors to this site, so we can run more relevant advertising. Meta's own use of this data is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf. We choose providers that are reputable and widely used, but we encourage you to review their policies if you have specific concerns.
