Performance BlueprintPaid engagement

A plan to make the shoot count.

A complete Blueprint and shot list for the images your listing needs — grounded in your market, the guests you want to attract, and what is working for your competitors.

The plan is designed for a competent photographer to carry out. Use your own, or have us execute it through Concierge.

02The situation it addresses

A gallery is an argument, or it is decoration

Whether this is the first shoot for a new launch, a reshoot for a rebrand, or an upgrade meant to unlock more of the property’s potential, the plan begins with what the gallery needs to accomplish.

01

New retreat launch

For retreats that want to launch with a clear vision and a distinct brand — not simply collect whatever photographs happen to be made.

02

Views that stop short

The property feels stronger than its photographs. Guest reviews point to an experience the gallery does not fully express, and performance falls short of the property’s potential.

03

Relaunch or upgrade

The property, its positioning, or the guest it targets has changed — or the owner wants stronger rates and more pricing power. The gallery still shows what came before.

03Two starting points

One Blueprint, built from where you are

The same Blueprint either way. What changes is the evidence it starts from and the order the recommendations arrive in.

04What the client receives

Eight parts, one document

The same eight for every property and every starting point. Nothing is held back for a higher price, and there are no tiers.

01of 8

Starting-point diagnosis

An assessment of the evidence that actually exists — the gallery if there is one, the plans and intentions if there is not.

02of 8

Guest and market alignment

Who the property competes for, and what that guest has to understand before they will book.

03of 8

Ranked findings

What is costing the most, in order, so a limited budget goes where it changes the most.

04of 8

Shot list

The specific frames the property needs, and what each one has to prove.

05of 8

Gallery sequence

The order the images run in, and the reasoning behind the order.

06of 8

Styling and production plan

How the property is prepared and dressed, and the conditions the shoot has to work within.

07of 8

Photographer brief

What to hand a photographer so the result matches the strategy.

08of 8

Implementation roadmap

The order to work in, and what depends on what.

05What it helps you decide

Decisions, not predictions

The Blueprint does not forecast a result. It settles the questions currently being answered by guesswork.

What has to exist

Which images the property needs before it can make its case, whether any of them exist yet or not.

What to keep

Which frames are already doing commercial work and should be left alone.

What to reorder

Where sequence alone is costing the argument.

What evidence is missing

The claims the listing makes, or will make, that nothing currently proves.

What to do first

Which changes carry the most weight, so a limited budget is not spread evenly.

Whether to hand it off

Whether implementation is something to run yourself or have managed.

06How the process works

From order to Blueprint

  1. 01Order · verified payment gate

    Order placed

Work begins on a verified payment event. Returning from a payment page is not proof of payment, and nothing here treats it as such.

  2. 02Intake

    You describe the property

A private intake form, not this page. Where the property is, who it is for, and what you already have.

  3. 03Evidence

    Material is collected

A live listing and its gallery, or plans, renderings and furnishing intentions. Where the evidence is thin, the Blueprint says so.

  4. 04Analysis

    The property is assessed

Against the Visual Performance Model and the market it will compete in.

  5. 05Preparation

    The Blueprint is written

All eight parts assembled into one document.

  6. 06Delivery

    You receive it

Format and channel are stated in the purchase facts below.

  7. 07Review

    Questions, then the path forward

A clarification step, then execution — yours, your photographer's, or separately scoped.

07Anatomy of a Blueprint

What the document actually is

A written strategy document, not a call summary or a list of opinions. Below is its structure, a sense of the pages, and one finding taken apart, so you can see how a recommendation is arrived at. Nothing here belongs to a real client.

  1. Document structure
  2. 01Starting-point diagnosis
  3. 02Guest and market alignment
  4. 03Ranked findings

Finding — anatomySpecimen, not a client record
Priority
01 · Act first
Observation
The gallery opens on an exterior taken from the road.
Why it matters
The first frame is doing identification work, not persuasion. A guest choosing between four saved listings sees nothing that separates this one.
Evidence
Gallery position 1 of 34. Nothing in the first six frames shows the feature the description leads with.
Recommendation
Replace frame 1 with the interior-to-view frame specified in shot 03. Move the road-side exterior to position 11, where orientation is useful.
Depends on
Shot 03 being made. Until then, reordering alone recovers part of the effect.

09What the analysis runs on

What you supply

Listed so you know what is involved before you order. Nothing is collected on this page — intake happens privately, after an order.

10Boundaries

What this is, and is not

Strategy first, photography available separately
The Blueprint defines what to make. Mario can carry that strategy through photography in a separately scoped project, or you can hand it to another qualified photographer.
Execute it three ways
Do it yourself, hand it to a photographer of your choosing, or engage Concierge Execution separately.
Based on what you supply
Findings rest on the evidence provided. Thin evidence produces a narrower Blueprint, and that is said rather than covered over.
No outcome is guaranteed
No revenue, occupancy, ranking or booking result is promised, implied or forecast.
Some things stay yours
Pricing, availability, operations and the property itself remain your decisions, and they move results more than images do.

11Fit

Who it is for

Fit

An owner or manager with a decision to make

A property about to launch, or one being repositioned, where someone is prepared to act on a plan — themselves, with their photographer, or with execution support.

Fit

A property ready for a coordinated photography project

If photography is already the clear next move, start with Plan a Project. The Blueprint can provide the strategic foundation while photography and implementation remain separately scoped.

Not

Someone who wants a guaranteed outcome

No result is promised. If a number has to be committed to, this will not do it.

Not

Someone not prepared to act

A strategy nobody intends to implement costs the same and returns nothing.

12Price and availability

13Questions

Before you decide

My property is not built yet. Is it too early?
No. That is one of the two starting points, and the Blueprint works from plans, renderings and furnishing intentions.
Do I need the Booking Diagnostic first?
No. It is free and useful, and the Blueprint does not depend on it.
Do I have to use Mario as the photographer?
No. The Blueprint is written to be handed to any photographer, including one you already work with.
Is photography included?
No. This is strategy. Photography and managed implementation are scoped and priced separately.
Can Mario carry the strategy through photography?
Yes. Start with Plan a Project if you want one coordinated scope. The Blueprint defines the strategy; photography and Concierge Execution are scoped and paid separately.
